Anubi's response to Are 4kids network getting lazy with voice acting?

4Kids is not as "lazy" as you might think. Finding voice actors is hard work, talented people are very hard to find. While 4Kids’ voice actors may not always suit the character, they do have talent.

ALL studios recycles, both in Japan and America. Japan does not do it as much, but look at the number of roles done by Megumi Hayashibara or Hikaru Midorikawa.

In American anime, look at Steven Jay Blum. He’s done EVERYTHING. If you watch several dubs of anime licensed by a studio such as ADV licensed anime you are likely to see the same voice actors appear several time in varied roles. I can name three roles done by Spike Spencer off the top of my head, and I don’t even watch the dubs that often.

So no, I would not particularly call 4Kids lazy in the area of choosing voice actors. While their VAs are far from the best, they recycle them no more than other studios do in comparison. You’ll see more VAs in bigger studios that do more anime, but yes. But there is still a distinct pattern of one person doing voices for several characters.
